phdarna Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern all use of the phdarna platform, including but not limited to its website at phdarna.co, any associated mobile applications, and all games, services, and content made available therein. By accessing or using phdarna in any capacity, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms are written in English and are the definitive version. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any translation or summary, the English version prevails. phdarna may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly to remain informed of any changes.

Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and participate in real-money gaming on phdarna. This age threshold is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. phdarna strictly enforces this requirement and will request government-issued identification documents to verify your age before authorising any real-money activity.

Residency. phdarna is operated for and directed at players in the Philippines. Access may be restricted in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that participating in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

Account Limit. Each individual person may hold only one (1) active phdarna account. Creating more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances contained therein.

Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your phdarna account, including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Any account found to have been registered with false or misleading information may be suspended pending verification or permanently closed.

KYC Verification. phdarna operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. You must complete KYC verification — which requires the submission of a valid government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS, GSIS, or UMID card — before withdrawals are enabled on your account. phdarna reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdarna login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. phdarna will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or SMS.

You must notify phdarna immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. phdarna accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your account credentials.

phdarna strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. Players who enable 2FA benefit from an additional layer of security that protects against unauthorised logins even in the event that their password is compromised.

phdarna accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at phdarna's sole discretion. The minimum deposit is ₱100.00 (Philippine Peso). There is no maximum single deposit limit unless one has been set by you voluntarily through our responsible gaming tools.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Funds deposited to your phdarna account are held in your gaming wallet and are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation. phdarna does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All payment accounts used to deposit to phdarna must be registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned minus any applicable processing costs. phdarna reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying ownership of any payment method used.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. If the original payment method is unavailable, phdarna may process withdrawals via an alternative method at its discretion, subject to completion of additional identity verification. The minimum withdrawal is ₱100.00. There is no published maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts; VIP accounts may have enhanced withdrawal terms.

Withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day depending on interbank processing times. Withdrawal requests submitted during Philippine public holidays may experience additional processing delays.

phdarna reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence reviews before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, in accordance with its AMLA compliance obligations. Players may be asked to provide additional documentation during such reviews. Failure to provide required documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of the withdrawal request pending further investigation.

Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus credit cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempted withdrawal of ineligible funds will result in the removal of the relevant bonus balance without forfeiture of legitimately wagered real-money funds.

phdarna offers various bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum deposit conditions.

Where a bonus is credited with a wagering requirement, you must wager the specified multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Games may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates; live casino and sports betting wagers typically contribute at a reduced rate compared to slot games.

phdarna reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for recreational use by individual players and must not be claimed through systematic exploitation, account duplication, or any form of collusion. Evidence of bonus abuse will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.

All games available on phdarna are governed by their respective published rules and RTP (Return to Player) percentages. RTP data for certified games is available within the phdarna Casino lobby's game information panel. phdarna's live casino and RNG games are provided by third-party software suppliers whose products are certified by accredited testing laboratories.

Sports betting wagers are settled according to phdarna's published sports rules for each relevant market. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a wager, phdarna's decision — made after review of available official data — is final. phdarna reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there is evidence of match-fixing, data errors, or system malfunction.

phdarna reserves the right to void any wager placed as a result of a pricing or system error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account without any associated winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phdarna and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or assisting a minor to access phdarna
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Depositing or withdrawing funds obtained through illegal activity (money laundering)
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in table games or sports betting
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or pricing mistakes to extract profit
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward phdarna staff or other players
• Providing false or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification
• Circumventing self-exclusion or cooling-off periods through the creation of new accounts

phdarna is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We offer the following responsible gaming tools, which can be configured at any time through the Responsible Gaming section of your account:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts
• Loss limits — cap your maximum net loss over a defined period
• Session time limits — receive reminders after a specified period of continuous play
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily restrict your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Self-exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from phdarna

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Players who request permanent self-exclusion will not be re-admitted under any circumstances. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account are a violation of these Terms.

All content on the phdarna platform — including but not limited to the phdarna name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, and game interfaces — is the property of phdarna or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phdarna platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phdarna content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of phdarna's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phdarna's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the preceding thirty (30) days. phdarna is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, or opportunity, even if phdarna has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

phdarna does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical incidents, and third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability. phdarna will endeavour to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance where reasonably practicable.

phdarna processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at phdarna.co/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to phdarna collecting, processing, and storing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, AMLA compliance, and personalised service delivery.

phdarna reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where changes are required by law or regulatory authority on shorter notice. Your continued use of the phdarna platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) has regulatory oversight of phdarna's operations. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phdarna aims to resolve all complaints within 72 hours of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved at the customer support level, it will be escalated to phdarna's compliance and management team for further review. Where a dispute remains unresolved, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process.
